| Details: On July 16, 2017, at approximately 11:35 p.m., Columbus Police officers were called to 165 E. 11th Avenue on the report of gunshots and of people yelling that someone had been shot. Upon arrival, officers did locate a shooting victim in the common area of the apartment building, later identified as Mohamed Abidraman Mead, who was suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported by CFD Medic 13 to OSU Main Hospital in extremely serious condition. On July 18, 2017, Mohamed Mead succumbed to his injuries as was pronounced deceased at 2:38 p.m. by attending physicians at O.S.U. Main Hospital. |

| Details: On Monday, May 1, 2017, at approximately 9:37 a.m. CPD Officers and Medics were dispatched to 563 S. Hague Avenue Apt. H on a report of a strange smell, emanating from the indicated apartment. Officers arrived and found the victim deceased. The body was that of a male white subject; approximately 60 years of age and it was somewhat decomposed. Based upon the Coroner’s Ruling and our further assessment, this case will be classified as a Homicide. The victim was identified as: Mark S. Wolford. No additional information will be released at this point in the investigation. |

The initial information indicated that two (2) persons were shot. A male victim later identified as Justin Kendrix was transported to Doctors West Hospital and later transferred to Grant Medical Center in critical condition. He succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at 2:25 a.m. |

| Details: On Friday, July 7, 2017, at approximately 8:50 a.m. CPD Officers and Medics were dispatched to the area of 350 S. Wayne Avenue on a report of a body inside of the trunk of a Dodge Neon. Officers arrived and found the victim inside of the trunk of the said vehicle unresponsive. The vehicle was parked in the rear of 346 S. Wayne Avenue. The victim was pronounced deceased by C.F.D. Medic #17, at approximately 8:58 a.m. and it was apparent that he was the victim of a homicide. |
