| Details: On July 26, 2020, at approximately 2:12 AM, Patrol Officers were dispatched to E. 5th Avenue and Joyce Avenue on the report of a shooting. Patrol Officers arrived within moments of the call and found that the actual scene was at 1420 E. 5th Avenue, the “Story Lounge”. Two victims were found by Patrol Officers suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were transported to Grant Medical Center. Dalan Wellman was pronounced dead at 3:37 p.m. on July 26, 2020. |

| Details: On July 24, 2020, at approximately 2:01am, the victims, both Juveniles, were riding scooters east bound on Rich St. at Dana Ave., when two unknown suspects began to shoot at them. Victim #1 was struck one time and was transported to a local area hospital by CFD Medic #17 in critical condition. At 8:08am, Elijah Copley succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased. |

Upon arrival, Officers located the victim in the alley in the rear of 1332 N. 4th St. suffering from apparent gun shot wounds. The victim was transported to a local area hospital were he later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at 11:42pm. |

The victim succumbed to his injury and was pronounced deceased at 12:33am. |
