| Details: On Monday, September 22, 2014, at approximately 11:45 p.m., patrol officers were dispatched to the area of Courtright Road and Oakcrest Road on the report of a shooting. Responding officers located the victim, Mr. De’Andre D. Forrest, on the sidewalk across from 2301 Courtright Road. Mr. Forrest sustained a gunshot wound to the upper body and was pronounced deceased at the scene by personnel from CFD Medic 23. |
