The first victim, later identified as Donavon Williams was critically injured and was subsequently pronounced deceased by C.F.D. Medic personnel at 4:11 a.m. |

Once outside, Mr. Sims was shot by an unknown individual in the parking lot. |

Officers arrived and found the victim, a male black possibly in his fifties (50's), who is an apparent victim of a homicide. The victim was pronounced deceased by C.F.D. Medic #6, at approximately 10:41 a.m. |
