| Details: On September 29, 2021, at 11:51pm, Patrol officers were dispatched to the 1800 block of Sullivant Ave on a Shotspotter call. Upon arrival, they located the victim lying in the alley unresponsive and suffering from gunshot wounds. Patrol officers rendered aid; however, the victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at scene by CFD Medic 817. Circumstances relating to this incident are still under investigation at this time. |

Officers arrived at scene and discovered a vehicle that appeared to have crashed just east of the intersection. The officers found a male in the vehicle unresponsive and suffering from a gunshot wound. Officer pulled the individual out of the vehicle to provide first aid just as Columbus Fire Medic #7 arrived. The medics assessed the victim and pronounced him deceased at 1:42am. The victim's identity is unknown at this time. |

Upon arrival officers found a male black victim suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to Grant Hospital where he later died as a result of his injuries. The victim has not been identified. There is no suspect information at this time. |

Victim #2 directed the officers to the rear of the location where they located two additional victims who had been shot. Columbus Fire Medic #18 transported victim #2 to Riverside Hospital in stable condition. Columbus Fire Medic # 28 transported victim #3 to Grant Medical Center in critical condition. Clinton Township Medic #61 pronounced victim #1 deceased at scene at 11:15pm. |

| Details: On Monday, August 30, 2021, at 1:50AM, Columbus Police Officers were called to Grant Medical Center on a report of a patient with a gunshot wound. On arrival, officers learned 27-year-old Marcus Payne had been driven to Grant by his brother 30-year-old Mark Payne. The preliminary investigation revealed the brothers had followed and confronted some individuals they suspected of breaking into Mark’s vehicle. During the confrontation, one of these individuals produced a handgun and fired, wounding Marcus. Following the shooting, Mark drove Marcus to Grant for treatment. Price had been transported to Mount Carmel East in a private vehicle, but did not survive his injuries and was pronounced deceased at 5:45PM. |
