About This Art Walk

The University District Art Walk will lead you through Columbus’ most densely populated neighborhood and the nation’s largest public university campus. Experience countless public art works in a variety of media, sites of some of the nation’s leading arts and athletic institutions, and places with layers of historical significance. You will find architectural treasures both small and large, one very large horseshoe, art works spanning generations, and much more!

Public Transit
The University District is easily accessible via several local and express COTA routes, including the 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, and 18 Local Routes.

Public Parking
Public Parking is available in the following locations in and around the University District:

  • In the South Campus Gateway between 9th and 11th Avenues just off of High Street.  Gateway Parking Information. 
  • In the Ohio Union Parking Garage between 13th and 15th Avenues and in the Arps Hall Parking Garage between 17th and Woodruff Avenue, both accessible from High Street.  View OSU Campus Parking Map.
