The following documents provide information regarding design requirements related to Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) for the Division of Design and Construction. E-Plans prepared for work in the City of Columbus public right-of-way are to follow design requirements, which include standards, survey, right-of-way, utilities, plan format, submittal requirements, and other associated items. Templates for the Design and Construction task lists, engineer's estimate, and sample schedules are provided as well:
