The following document provides information regarding plan requirements and details related to Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) for the Division of Design and Construction. In association with the General Design Requirements for CIP E-Plans prepared for work in the City of Columbus public right-of-way, as well as the sample plan sheets, this document provides consultants with a guide for what is to be included in a set of plans. This will also be a guide plan reviewers will use when reviewing a plan submittal.
