Strategic Parking Plan

The City of Columbus, in partnership with Kimley-Horn & Associates, is developing a City-Wide Strategic Parking Plan (SPP).  The SPP will be the first city-wide parking policy document governing parking management decisions to support the growth and development of our urban core neighborhoods.  The SPP is analyzing existing conditions and recommending parking management strategies and parking demand management tools for the following areas:

The SPP will kick off in Q4 2018 and will be complete in Q3 2019.  Check back for more information on stakeholder outreach opportunities to make your voice heard about the future of parking in Columbus.

If you would like to be part of the discussion, please join one of the upcoming Parking Conversations! Each meeting is area focused and open to the public. These meetings will be interactive and an opportunity to be learn about existing parking conditions, identify parking challenges and opportunities, and help build a framework to enhance parking in the area.
