James Road Improvements - Livingston Avenue to Main Street
DESCRIPTION
AND BENEFITS:
Project will reconstruct James Road between
Livingston Avenue and Main Street, provide sidewalk and curb replacement,
Americans with Disabilities Act-compliant accommodations, stormwater and water
line improvements plus traffic signals, street lighting and public and private
utility work as needed.

2019
Right-of-way acquisition: Fall 2017 – Early 2019
Construction: Fall 2019 – Spring 2021, subject to funding approval by City
Council and weather conditions

Design: $1.4 million
Right-of-way acquisition: $600,000
Utility relocation: None anticipated
Construction: $6.4 million
