Rental Information
The Westgate Shelterhouse may be rented daily with the exception of
certain city holidays. Rental time must allow for catering set-up and tear down
activities, as this time is not provided. The facility has 3 set time blocks
that can be chosen from. If multiple blocks are reserved, the hour in between
will be included at no extra charge.
Morning – 8 a.m.-12 p.m. - $320
Afternoon – 1 p.m.-5 p.m. - $320
Evening – 6 p.m.-11 p.m. - $400
The
entire time block must be rented.

Reservations can be made Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis and are accepted up to one year in advance. It is possible that a facility will be closed more than one tear in advance due to construction, departmental functions, or large public festivals and events. Please contact us to ensure your desired date is available. If two or more parties are interested in the same date and time for a facility, a random drawing will be conducted by the Columbus Recreation and Parks Department Rental and Permits Section to award a winner. Only walk-in customers that arrive by 8:00am will be eligible for the lottery. Phone reservations will be served after walk-in customers. Reservations requested less than two weeks in advance may only be granted if we can secure staffing.
