Important Public Health Update
Attention Columbus Residents:
Effective Friday, March 13 at 6:00
p.m., Columbus Recreation and Parks Department is closing all facilities
through April 3, due to the public health emergency caused by Coronavirus
(COVID-19) and in compliance with the Ohio Department of Health’s Order on mass gatherings. All programming, sporting events, meetings and other
activities at our facilities are canceled until further notice. This includes
the performances of “Arsenic and Old Lace” scheduled for April 2-5.
This situation continues to evolve,
and each day brings new and increased understanding of the Coronavirus
(COVID-19). The City’s policies, actions and advice will continue to develop in
real time to keep Columbus residents, workers and visitors safe and healthy.
As
changes occur, we will respond quickly and communicate to all. For a full list
of department related updates, visit columbus.gov/recreationandparks.
For additional information about COVID-19, visit Columbus

and Prevention. Additionally, Ohio residents with
specific questions related to COVID-19 can also call 1-833-4-ASK-ODH
