New Water and Sewer Service - for Tenants

I just leased a house (or purchased on land contract) and need to start water/sewer service.

You will need to complete and sign a Tenant Billing Agreement with the property owner in order to be directly billed; the property owner will receive a copy of all bills. Our Customer Service Center can assist you. The number is 614-645-8276. Representatives are available to take your call Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
