Request a Special Payment Plan for Your City Utility Bill
You can apply directly online to request a Special Payment Plan Arrangement (SPP) on your City of Columbus Water/Sewer or Power bill.
If approved, the first payment will be due 30 days from today with each subsequent payment due 30 days thereafter for the number of months requested (up to 2 months).
Payment coupons and a confirmation Email will be sent with your payment arrangement details. Please Note: any new bills that come out after the SPP is granted, are due by their own respective due dates and must be paid on time to keep your payment arrangement in place. Residential water/sewer bills are issued every three months; power bills are monthly.
