She brings to this work a passion for advocacy and removing barriers in the community through working collaboratively to strengthen the community and City of Columbus.  She has a strong skill set in convening and facilitating conversations that will help the City explore and identify where the Administration can place their efforts to promote equity in our community.

“Establishing the commission is reflective of the Mayor and the First Lady’s commitment to providing equal opportunities for our community with gender equity being a focus of this work. The Commission builds upon the Mayor’s commitment to seek community solutions through private-public partnerships.  We have the opportunity to bring awareness to the unique needs and challenges facing women in our community.  I’m proud of this Administration and honored to support this important work in our community."
