Typically, there is no fee
for this service unless your request has multiple property addresses, buildings
or inspections associated with the request (2 or more), then the fee will be
five dollars ($5) per address, building or inspection. Please submit the
request, our office will assess the fee and inform you of the
cost. Upon receipt of your payment of check or money order via mail, your
request will be completed and returned. (We
cannot accept credit card payments at this time.)
*We do not maintain current records on parking lots or
vacant land. We may have records if there was a business at the
property address at one time.
For accurate and expedited request, please submit a request
form with all information requested. Submit via fax or the email link listed
above. Sending your request to any other city email or fax may delay
processing.
It is our desire to process these requests weekly and we will make every attempt to get them back to you within ten (10) business days.
*We do not maintain records on single family residential properties (current or former).
*Unfortunately, we are unable to research any request without a mailing address.
