How do I find out when a particular course will be offered?

Check the Citywide Training & Development catalog on our website. If you still need more information, please call CTD at 645-8294.

 

How do I register for a class?

Complete the registration form, click(PDF, 450KB) here to view(PDF, 450KB).(PDF, 450KB) View the instructions to send to our offices. After you receive a registration confirmation, go to the CTD payment center and complete your transaction.

 

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, checks and money orders as acceptable forms of payment. Checks and money orders must be made payable to Columbus City Treasurer, memo: Citywide Training.

 

When is payment due for classes?

Payment in full is due on or before the scheduled day of class.

 

What should I do if I do not receive confirmation prior to my class?

Please call 614-645-8294. If you have not received confirmation, you may not be registered.

 

Do I have to pay for parking when I attend class at 1111 E. Broad St.?

No. We have ample FREE parking available. Street parking is also available off of Madison avenue and in front of our building until 4:00pm. Click here to enlarge the parking map >>CTD MAP 2023

 

I cannot attend class. Should I call or just not show up?

Please call us at 614-645-8294 to remove yourself from the class.

 

How do I request a course not advertised in the Citywide Training Catalog?

CTD has a large library of training materials and we can provide customized trainings upon request. You may contact us by emailing your requests to CTD@columbus.gov, calling 614-645-8294.

 

Does COTA have a bus stop near 1111 E. Broad St?

Yes. The closest stop is S. Ohio Ave. and Broad Street.
