The new CBUS 311 mobile application was developed to make it easier and faster than ever to submit your service requests 24 hours a day, seven days a week. CBUS 311 offers exciting features designed with you in mind. These include:

  • Unique Response Fields: Service requests have been updated with additional information fields that will help to speed the routing and resolution of your issue. 
  • Smart Grouping of Requests: Learn right away if an issue has already been reported. If this is the case, you can link your request to ensure the City is aware of the issue and to ensure you receive up-to-date status information.
  • Pin Drop Accuracy: Describe your request with pinpoint accuracy by dropping a pin on the exact location where service is needed. This can be at a specific address or in the middle of an intersection.
  • New Informational Articles: A library of informational articles is now available in the Knowledge Base that summarize and explain various city processes and policies.
  • Real Time Updates: Create an account and sign up for notifications about the status of your request. You can be notified by email or push notification.
