Public Comment periods shall be scheduled at the discretion of the Chairperson, contingent upon the meeting agenda. When permitted, public comments shall be limited to a maximum of three (3) speakers, each allotted three (3) minutes to address the Commission, unless waived by the Commission. Requests for public comment may be submitted beginning one week prior to the meeting and up until 24 hours before the meeting. If more than three requests are received, speakers will be selected by random draw. All requests should be directed to the ADA Coordinator.
