Columbus Cares Round-Up Donations

The Columbus Cares Round-Up Donation Program is a community-driven initiative launched by Columbus Water & Power to help residents who are struggling to pay their utility bills due to a financial hardship. This voluntary program allows utility customers to contribute small amounts that collectively make a big impact by helping neighbors stay connected to essential services like water and power.

Through the program, you can choose to “round up” your utility bill or make additional contributions. All funds collected will be used to support Columbus residents in need of utility assistance.

Donation Options:

  • Round-Up Donation: Customers can choose to have their Columbus Water & Power bills automatically rounded up to the nearest whole dollar.
  • One-Time Donation: Customers may choose to make a one-time donation of any dollar amount.
  • Recurring Monthly Donation: Customers can set up a recurring monthly donation of a fixed amount (e.g., $5, $10, etc.).
