The Brewery District has been incorporated by the Historic Resources Commission, effective February 1, 2024. As part of this legislation the Brewery District remains a historic district with the same architectural standards that currently apply. Under the legislation as approved, the Historic Resources Commission, will review applications of Certificates of Appropriateness within the district.
