The East Franklinton Creative Community District Plan was adopted by City Council on November 12, 2012. The plan established a vision for revitalization of the neighborhood as an urban mixed use neighborhood, and a new mixed use zoning district was established for the area in 2013 (East Franklinton District, C.C. 3323). The East Franklinton Review Board (EFRB) was established through the East Franklinton District and serves to review and approve site plans, architecture, graphics, and demolitions based on the standards of C.C. 3323 and other applicable code standards. EFRB members serve without compensation and are appointed by the Mayor with the approval of City Council.
A Certificate of Approval (COA) application for the East Franklinton Review Board can be submitted through the Citizens Access Portal. Here, you will be able to submit any related files for your application and provide a brief description of the work being done.
