Columbus Public Health's Sexual Health and Wellness Center provides on-the-spot testing, prevention and counseling services tailored to your needs. Here’s what you can expect:

Testing and Treatment: Fast and reliable testing and treatment for HIV and other sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
Prevention Medication: Same-day access to HIV prevention options like PrEP, PEP and DoxyPEP.
Reproductive Health: Expert counseling for reproductive health and family planning.
Pregnancy Support: Preconception health consultations and pregnancy testing.
Birth Control: Same-day access to long-acting or short-term contraceptive options.
Emergency Contraception: Timely support to prevent unintended pregnancies.
Smoking Cessation: Resources and programs to help you quit smoking for good.

Services are free or offered on a sliding fee scale based on household size and income.
Payments can be made by cash or credit card, and most insurance plans are accepted.
No one will be turned away for an inability to pay.
