The 311 Service Center phone line will be unavailable from 7am-1pm and 5pm-7pm on Wednesday, March 6th. Please feel free to submit requests via email at 311@columbus.gov or via the online web portal and 311 app.

**Please note: The Columbus Division of Refuse Collection will make trash pickups as scheduled for Monday, January 26. 2026. Containers should be set out with snow cleared around it. Refuse trash trucks may work slower than usual but will attempt to make all collections. If services are missed, please contact the 311 Service Center so pickup can be attempted the next day. Rumpke services will be delayed by one day this week for scheduled recycling and yard waste collection.
