HOW TO OBTAIN ZONING CLEARANCE 3-Unit Dwelling, Multifamily, Institutional, Commercial:Zoning Clearance is typically granted as part of either the Final Site Compliance Plan (overseen by Site Engineering, Engineeringlnfo@columbus.gov) or building permit review process (overseen by Building, BuildingPianReviewlnfo@columbus.gov).
Residential 1-Unit and 2-Unit Dwellings: The city of Columbus does not require a separate submission for Zoning review. Zoning will review the site plan that is submitted with the Building Permit.
