Defendants and defense attorneys
Please call your attorney to discuss your pending court case. If you do not have an attorney, please call the Franklin County Public Defender’s Office at 614-525-3000 so they can determine if you qualify for legal services. Your attorney will work with my office to address your criminal or traffic case and/or pending warrants. Your attorney can also provide assistance with access to services, including treatment and other basic needs.

Zach Klein
Zach Klein was sworn in as Columbus City Attorney on January 1, 2018, after previously serving as a member of Columbus City Council since January 2011, including two years as Council President from 2016-2017. He was re-elected to serve a second term as City Attorney beginning in 2022.
Zach is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University and Capital University Law School.
