Our Customer Service Center can assist you with establishing new service. They will need to get some information from you and obtain a meter reading from the property. Please call 614-645-8276 weekdays, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Report a Meter Reading Provide readings for your City of Columbus Water, Sewer and Fire meters. Please note, large meters with multiple registers/multiple readings cannot be accepted using this form. Please contact customer service directly at 614-645-8276 or by email at UtilityLeadRep@columbus.gov to provide these readings.
