Issues certified copies of certificates for births and deaths occurring in Ohio from 1908-present.

Immunization Clinic 
Offers vaccines for adults without insurance and children.   

Sexual Health and Wellness Center
Provides women's annual exam, birth control, reproductive life planning, and sexually transmitted infections testing, treatment and education.

WIC (Women, Infants and Children) 
Supplemental nutrition program for women (pregnant, postpartum and breastfeeding), infants and children up to 5 years old.

Alcohol and Drug Programs
Prevention, treatment and harm reduction services for youth and adults.

Dental Services
PrimaryOne Health offers dental clinic services, and Columbus Public health provides dental sealants to second and sixth grade students in the Columbus area.

Neighborhood Social Services
Columbus CARE Coalition, Neighborhood Social Work, Right Response Unit, Mobile Crisis Response, the Linden Anti-Violence Team, the Violent Crime Review Group, ReRoute and Free Gun Safes and Lock Boxes.

Environmental Health
Prevents or reduces risks from environmental hazards, like disease or injury from food, water, air, animals, insects, hazardous materials and hazardous waste.

Healthy Moms and Babies
Programs to promote healthy pregnancies and babies for Columbus residents, especially those at high risk.

HIV Testing and Care
HIV education provided to individuals and organizations. Programs developed around specific needs. Licensed Social Workers provide support and counseling.

Disease prevention, illness reporting and outbreak response efforts.
