PrimaryOne Health provides basic dental services at Columbus Public Health, including exams, x-rays, cleanings, fillings, and extractions (pulling teeth).

Fees are determined by a sliding-fee, which is determined by family size and income. Medicaid and private insurance are also accepted.

To receive services as a patient, you'll need to visit the clinic, complete an application, and provide proof of income, identity and address.
