Equal Employment Resources

The Equal Employment Resource Department specifically serves as a resource to those employees who work for the City of Columbus in securing equal employment opportunity for all members of the workforce. This is done through complaint investigation, mediation and problem-solving as well as the implementation of the Mayor's policies relating to equal employment, anti/sexual harassment and disabilities. The Office provides scheduled training on general EER topics, as well as specialized training to City departments upon request.
