  •  Community Health Assessment(PDF, 7MB) (HealthMap 2025)(PDF, 7MB):  Franklin County HealthMap 2025 is a broad collaborative effort, coordinated by the Central Ohio Hospital Council, Columbus Public Health and Franklin County Public Health, to help the health departments, hospitals, social service agencies, and other organizations better understand the health needs and priorities of Franklin County residents.

  •  Key Community Health Indicators (released 2025): The Office of Epidemiology annually presents the latest data for Columbus, Franklin County, and Ohio on a select subset of health measures from the Community Health Assessment, including the areas of leading causes of death, infectious disease, maternal and child health, prevalence of health risk behaviors and conditions, mental health and addiction, and access to health care.
