Tier 2 Reports

Complete Tier 2 filing packages are due March 1st of each year for the previous inventory calendar year.

  • Submit the reports electronically only, no paper copies are required by the Columbus Fire Department.
  • Use PDF format
  • Email to CFDTier2@columbus.gov
  • If you are submitting reports for multiple locations, send a separate PDF report for each address.
