Columbus Division of Police - Civilian Internships

We are looking for students to participate in an unpaid internship program. In this program, students will receive course credit for their participation. The Columbus Division of Police is looking for students in Marketing, Social Media / Communications / Journalism, Digital Forensics, Criminal, Statistics and others. Please note that a Crime Lab internship is not currently available. Interested students should complete the steps below:  

  • Submit a personal letter requesting an internship for consideration. The letter must include the student's qualifications and academic/ work history. 
  • A letter or email correspondence from a university faculty member or advisor endorsing this internship. 
  • Submit these letters to humanresources@columbuspolice.org.
