The Columbus Fair Housing Assessment serves as the City of Columbus’ U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice (AI). An AI is a comprehensive analysis of fair housing issues and related planning goals for a local jurisdiction. It incorporates HUD-provided data, local data, policy analysis, and community input.
