Within this section, you'll find information and forms related to plan review, permits and inspections.  Many permits first require a submission of plans and plan approval prior to the issuance of a permit. Permits grant permission to begin work on a specific project in accordance with the documented scope of work. As the project progresses, our department validates and ensures compliance with the plans and building codes during the inspection process.
