Meetings and Calendar

  • Regular meetings are held as needed - generally on the 2nd Monday of the month at 1:00pm at the Michael B. Coleman Government Center-Hearing Room located at 111 North Front St, 43215. Free parking is available in the city parking garage located at 141 North Front St, 43215. Go to the specific month's agenda below for instructions how to attend the meeting. This should be done at least one day before the actual meeting. Meetings are subject to cancellation or rescheduling. You are encouraged to contact the Code Enforcement office for meeting confirmation.

The Property Maintenance Appeals Board is the body that hears appeals of Code Enforcement Notices of Violation. Once an appeal request is received and approved, an appeal is scheduled. The person who received the Notice of Violation is notified of the date of their appeal hearing.
