Meetings and Calendar

• Regular meetings are held as needed - generally on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 4:30 pm, in the Public Hearing room located at 111 North Front St, 43215. Free parking is available in the city parking garage located at 141 North Front St, 43215. Go to the specific month's agenda for instructions how to join the meeting. This should be done at least one day before the actual meeting. Meetings are subject to cancellation or rescheduling. You are encouraged to contact Department of Building and Zoning Services for meeting confirmation.

The Development Commission shall have all of the powers, authority and duties granted to it by ordinances of council, and by Section 713.02 of the Ohio Revised Code, to the extent that the same are not in conflict with the Columbus City codes, the charter, or with ordinances or resolutions heretofore enacted by council. The Development Commission shall also serve as an advisory body to the Director and the city council in matters related to the preparation, execution and administration of urban renewal development, rehabilitation and conservation plans.
