What:
Columbus City Council President Pro Tem Priscilla Tyson, and Councilmembers Elizabeth Brown, Shannon Hardin and Jaiza Page are hosting and co-chairing a Housing Committee Meeting to review the City of Columbus Consolidated Action Plan.
The funding associated with the plan provides a necessary resource to support entrepreneurship and small business development, affordable housing and public health for at-risk residents. Its budget process involves four Housing and Urban Development (HUD) grants.
The Department of Finance and Management and the Department of Development are presenting the Consolidated Action Plan for public consideration and comment.
All interested citizens are invited to offer public testimony. Comments are limited to three minutes. Anyone wishing to address City Council on this matter must fill out a speaker slip between 8am-5pm at Columbus City Hall.
This meeting will be broadcast on CTV, Columbus’ cable access channel 3.
