What:
Councilmember Jaiza Page, chair of the Housing Committee will be joined by Director of Department of Development Steve Schoeny to announce the winners of the Learning Skills to Lift Neighborhoods (LSLN) grant program.
The program is awarding a total of $120,000 to not-for-profit organizations to transform vacant and blighted structures or lots into productive parcels.
The grants promote workforce development in the construction trades for youth and restored citizens.
