Councilmember Shayla Favor will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 15th at 5:30PM to discuss the proposed changes to the CRA Residential Abatement Policy. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the draft policy revisions to the Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) residential tax abatement policy, which serves to incentivize the creation of affordable housing units accessible for individuals and families.
