Columbus City Council Announces First 2014 Community Meeting Dates

Columbus City Council is pleased to announce the initial dates for its 2014 community meetings, which give residents a chance to discuss any subject matter they choose in an informal, one-on-one setting with councilmembers, their staff, and city department leaders. The meetings will be held from 5:30-7pm and will open with a welcome and introduction from Council President Andrew J. Ginther.
The first two community meeting dates and locations:
- Tuesday, April 8th: Barack Community Recreation Center, 580 Woodrow Avenue.
- Tuesday, April 29th: Marion Franklin Community Recreation Center, 2801 Lockbourne Road.
Additional community meeting dates will be announced in the near future. Columbus City Council has held approximately two dozen community meetings throughout the city in the past three years.
