What:
Councilmember Zach Klein, chair of the Development Committee,
will host a public hearing for review and comment on the proposed 2016 Action
Plan that will implement the needs identified in the 2015-2019 Consolidated
Plan. The Action Plan describes the proposed budgets for the Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnerships (HOME), Emergency
Solutions Grant (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA)
programs.
Public Testimony will be accepted. Anyone wishing to
address City Council on this matter must fill out a speaker slip before 4:00
p.m. on the date of the hearing.
This meeting will be broadcast on CTV, Columbus’ cable access
channel.
