Medina Ave - Roadway Improvement Project
DESCRIPTION
AND BENEFITS:
This project will reconstruct Medina Ave from
Hudson St to Briarwood Ave, which will serve as the main entrance to the new
Linden Park recreation center. Project
improvements include the installation of new curb and gutter, sidewalk on the
west side, storm sewer, street lighting, new ADA curb ramps at the
intersections, and required post construction BMPs.
ESTIMATED
SCHEDULE:
Design: Early 2019 – Fall 2019
Right-of-way acquisition: Summer 2019 – Early
2020
Construction: Summer 2020 – Fall 2020, subject
to funding approval by City Council and weather conditions
ESTIMATED COSTS:
Design: $250,000
Right-of-way acquisition: $75,000
Construction: $1.2 million
