Contract Compliance RegistrationThe City of Columbus, Mayor's Office of Diversity and Inclusion is responsible for ensuring that all contractors, including subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers who desire to be a party to a City of Columbus contract, as defined by Section 3901.01 of the Columbus City Code, must hold a valid contract compliance verification number, and must comply with all provisions of Title 39. To receive this free two-year certification, a company must complete the Contract Compliance Vendor Questionnaire in the Vendor profile section of vendor services. The process helps us verify if your company is an Equal Opportunity Employer

WorkforceContractors (Businesses with 50 or more employees) - are required to submit the following Federal EEO-1 form to the City of Columbus, Office of Diversity and Inclusion within days. (Please e-mail form to throseboro@columbus.gov) reporting the race and gender of their workforce. The State of Ohio, specifically ODOT requires that the state workforce goal be met and monitored by ODI. As ODI monitors state projects, we also monitor workforce utilization of City of Columbus' contractors as well
