Community Relations Commission As a division of the Department of Neighborhoods, the Community Relations Commission is your resource for navigating and understanding City protections against discrimination. The mission of the Community Relations Commission is to help eliminate discrimination and remove the effects of past discrimination within the City of Columbus.

The Commission is currently comprised of 13 community leaders that are reflective of the cultural diversity of Columbus. To advance the mission of the Commission, Commissioners promote the mutual understanding and respect among all communities within our city, listen to and address community issues, and vote to resolve complaints of discrimination.

Protected Classes
