Environmental Request
- There is no fee for this service, unless your request has multiple property addresses, buildings or inspections associated with the request (2 or more). In this situation, the fee will be $5 per address, building or inspection. Once you submit the request, our office will assess the fee and inform you of the cost. Please advise us of your intent to move forward so your request can be worked on while waiting on your payment. Upon receipt of your payment your request will be completed and returned.
- Payment can only be mailed in and we only accept checks or money orders. (We cannot accept credit card payments at this time.)
- For accurate and expedited request, please submit a request form available below. Submit via fax or email listed on the form, sending your request via any other city email or fax may not be received or will delay processing.
- It is our desire to process these requests as quickly as possible, please allow 7 to 10 business days for an accurate request to be completed and returned. If being returned by U.S. mail, it may take additional time.
*We do not maintain records on single family homes, parking lots or vacant lots. We may have records if there was a building on the lot at one time. We sometimes do inspections on apartment buildings if they have a common hallway or have a fire suppression system and we inspect the clubhouse.*
*We need an address to research any requests.*
