Columbus Public Health recognizes the importance as a public health agency to support and assist in the education and training of students in areas related to public health. In collaboration with various colleges and universities, Columbus Public Health student internships offer undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to gain experience in a public health environment through real life, goal-oriented experiences that are related to the student’s major or career goals. Student internships support the mission of Columbus Public Health while developing and training the next generation of public health professionals.

Columbus Public Health supports the placement of non-clinical volunteers in various programs throughout the year, dependent upon programmatic need and availability.
