Refugee Road at Winchester Pike Intersection Improvements
Project Scope: This intersection
improvement project will replace the traffic signal at the intersection of
Refugee Road and Winchester Pike with a new mast arm traffic signal which will
be optimized to increase safety and reduce delay at the intersection. The project will also installed pedestrian
facilities along the east and south legs of the intersection including new curb
ramps and cross walks to connect to proposed facilities along Refugee Road.
