DESCRIPTION AND BENEFITS:

The project scope consists of the replacement of traffic signals at the intersection of Rich St. with 3^rd

St., 4^th St., 5^th St., and Grant Ave. This will include traffic signal improvements, sidewalk, curb, street lighting, and incidental improvements such as drainage, traffic control, and maintenance of traffic.
