WELCOME TO THE MAYOR'S OFFICE OF DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION
Under the leadership of Mayor Andrew J. Ginther and Chief Diversity Officer Jason Jenkins, the Mayor’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) is responsible for supporting Mayor Ginther and his Cabinet Leadership Team by leading diversity and inclusion management within the City of Columbus. The ODI will focus on four pillars of diversity and inclusion management: Workforce Diversity, Supplier Diversity, Diverse Outreach and Internal Diverse Leadership, Commitment and Communication are necessary for building Columbus into America’s Equal Opportunity City.

Workforce Diversity
The Workforce Diversity goal should always be to reflect the diversity of the residents that make up the population of the city of Columbus. As we attract, retain, and develop city employees, we will focus on new and innovative ways to help ensure that diversity is a part of that process.

Contract Compliance Registration
The City of Columbus, Mayor's Office of Diversity and Inclusion is responsible for ensuring that all contractors, including subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers who desire to be a party to a City of Columbus contract, as defined by Section 3901.01 of the Columbus City Code.
